Pressure levels are research-based estimates for each Arizona ZIP code, not inspection results. They combine elevation and habitat ranges published by University of Arizona Cooperative Extension (AZ1369), the International Code Council termite infestation probability map, Haverty and Nelson 2007 on Arizona subterranean termites, U.S. Geological Survey elevation data, University of Arizona Insect Collection specimen records via GBIF, and iNaturalist observations. Any home can have termites. An inspection is the only way to know.
