JOB DESCRIPTION:

Demonstrate and exercise skills in customer service and daily interaction with customers.

Daily service schedule. Services are scheduled in advance and technician is responsible for quality and efficient completion of services.

Punctually follow a daily routine of services and time windows for customers.

Perform both regular and new customer services.

Adhere to state and federal standards on proper use of products used in the industry.

Continuing education credits required yearly for state licensing. (materials will be provided by company)

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Pest control licensing as required by the Arizona Department of Agriculture (ADA), Office of Pest Management (OPM). Qualified Applicator preferred or Certified Applicator accepted.

Pest control industry experience: Typically, 2-4 years in pest control services, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
-
Familiarity with Arizona pest control laws, regulations, and safety standards.
-
Proven experience in managing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Knowledge of pest control treatments, equipment, and chemicals.

Experience in general pest and rodent control for both residential and commercial settings.

Experience in termite and weed control a plus but not required.

Experience in construction a plus but not required.

Ability to read and interpret service reports and regulatory documents.

Ability to proficiently use a tablet, computer, and smartphone with decent typing ability.

As Door-to-Door Sales rep, you will be responsible for generating new business by visiting residential homes and presenting pest control services to potential customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, being self motivated, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet sales targets. Representatives act as the face of the company, building rapport with customers and ensuring a positive representation of the brand.
